Our Christmas at the Cabin

Lake Arrowhead was a blast! We all ate, drank, laughed and lounged, WWWAAAYYY too much - it was perfect! The kids had a blast and their folks did too. Even our little Vinnie had fun! Santa came for a visit (after we visited him down at The Village for some pics) and everyone got spoiled rotten, as usual. It was such a wonderful way to celebrate the holidays. All of us under one roof, for one week, wasn't nearly as bad as you might think. Actually, it was wonderful!!! We burned a ton of wood, ate a mountain of food and drank a river of....well, "liquid". The New Year's Diet was definitely a must-do after all the "living it up". Jaxon had so much fun with his cousins. He loves Riley and Colin terribly and is in absolute Heaven, whenever he gets to spend time with them. Grandma and Grandpa Dave survived it all, barely, but I think they were really glad to have been a part of it all. I sure hope we can do it again some time...we were so blessed to have this special time together.
