Gymnastic Jax!

Jax began his "Mommy and Me" gymnastic classes last weekend and really loves it! Daddy went with us today and took a few pictures, which is VERY hard to do - this class moves pretty fast, as do the kids! Jax is a natural and really enjoys all the apparatus and obstacles. He has great balance and his teacher is very impressed with his abilities! She can't believe how strong he is, gripping the "high" bar (wasn't too high today - last week it was!) and men's rings (no pix of this yet...sorry....it's really something to see a baby swinging from these high rings, gripping on for life and laughing the whole time....) with no assistance. He's by far the youngest in the class but does o.k. keeping up, although some of the obstacles are too wide for him to reach. He just loves it and MAN, WHAT A WORKOUT! He's all sweaty (and so is mommy) when we're all done and has pitched a fit both classes when it was time to leave the floor. So far, these classes are working out great for him - we've signed up for October and we'll see how he does as he grows.....

Jax you are so cool at gymnastics. You really look like you are having a great time! Keep up the enthusiasm.
Father –
We are surrounded by pessimism. I believe that people have good intentions but don’t realize how their unvocalized responses and their lack of interest negativity impacts our self-esteem and make us questions our decisions. Lord, you tell us in Corinthians 13 : 4 – 8 “Love is patient, Love is kind, It does not envy, it does not boast, It is not proud, It is not rude, It is not self-seeking, It is not easily angered, It keeps no record of wrongs. Love does not delight in evil, but rejoices with the truth. Love always protects, always trusts, always hopes, always perseveres. Love bears all things, believes all things, hopes all things, endures all things. Love never ends.” It is so hard to find this in our lives on a daily basis. Father I am asking that you instill in Shawn’s heart that the decision to bring home another son is your plan Father. We have seen in so many ways how you guided Jaxon’s adoption and now have planted the seed for this new child to come home to the Wild’s. We have seen all the many ways you interceded in Jaxon’s adoption and we ask for more. I know that as my Father, my Daddy in heaven, I come to you and ask you to control my life, to give my confidence and that you are carrying me in my times of stress, chaos and uncertainty, and that without you as my Father I fail. Lord, I ask that you fill Shawn with this knowledge, I ask that the assault on her whether in subtle ways such as this second child bringing more challenges, to more direct ways such as questioning her hearts desire for this second child fall on deaf ears. This pessimism, this negativity does not concern Shawn, it is not of you therefore does not need to be heard. Father, I lift to you the woman who is pregnant and has made the decision that she can not provide and nurture this child – please give her peace and faith that she is making the right decision a selfless choice to want her child to have a better life. Lord, you know this woman, and you love her as you love all your children, thank you that your love has no boundary and is limitless. Bless the child that she is caring Lord, intercede in his life so that he has no medical issues, or concerns – I ask for a healthy child and an uncomplicated pregnancy and birth. Let this child have no fear of abandonment and instill in his heart he has a home that he will belong to, and it is home in your kingdom. Lord, thank you for being our Father - when ours have failed us, thank you for your love – when we have none, and thank you being in control of our lives – when we think we are out of control. Thank you for giving up your son, so that we can belong to your kingdom. In Jesus name, Amen.
